Nizra Industries is building an infrastructure ecosystem to support defence, security, and industrial technology programs in Malaysia.
This ecosystem brings together our headquarters, partner manufacturing capability, available industrial infrastructure, and field testing environments to support integration, maintenance, testing, training, and execution.
Infrastructure Framework
Our infrastructure framework is built around four core functions: Research & Technology Development, Integration & Manufacturing, MRO, and Training & Transfer of Technology.
Together, these functions support the development, integration, sustainment, and transfer of defence and security capability.

Field Testing and Demonstration Environment
JELEBU, NEGERI SEMBILAN
The Jelebu site provides a strategic environment for field testing, demonstrations, training, and operational evaluation.
While the full Nizra Industries Defence Base concept is being developed progressively, the existing infrastructure in the area, including hangar facilities and airstrip access, provides a strong foundation for selected aviation, UAV, mobility, and security-related activities.
The site is envisioned to support future demonstrations, platform trials, UAV-related testing, systems integration activities, and mission-based evaluation.
Sendayan Industrial Ecosystem
SENDAYAN TECHVALLEY, NEGERI SEMBILAN
Nizra Industries’ Sendayan ecosystem combines access to established manufacturing capability with a clear pathway toward a dedicated future facility. Through collaboration with an existing local commercial vehicle manufacturing player, Nizra Industries is able to support assembly, integration, refurbishment, maintenance, painting, and MRO-related activities for defence mobility and special vehicle programs.
Adjacent to this capability is a 13-acre industrial complex that aligns with Nizra Industries’ vision to establish its own dedicated defence technology, integration, and production facility in the future. With its scale and industrial readiness, the site has the potential to support special vehicles, unmanned systems, ARKON integration, electronics, payload installation, MRO, and mission-focused manufacturing.
Headquarters and Strategic Centre
THE NIZRA BUILDING, KUALA LUMPUR
The Nizra Building serves as the strategic headquarters of Nizra Industries.It supports leadership, stakeholder engagement, business development, project coordination, technical discussions, partner meetings, and technology showcases.
As the central point of the company, the headquarters connects our commercial, technical, operational, and partnership activities.
